However, if the User does not provide the information required to process the request, Dils France and\/or EOL S.A.S. may be unable to respond or take the request forward.<\/p>\n<p>Purposes and legal bases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>responding to contact requests and taking pre-contractual steps at the User&#8217;s request: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;<\/li>\n<li>managing commercial real estate advisory, brokerage and related requests in France, including through EOL S.A.S. where operationally necessary: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and\/or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on the nature of the request;<\/li>\n<li>complying with legal obligations applicable to Dils France: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;<\/li>\n<li>sending newsletters, commercial communications and real estate market updates where the User has given consent: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Retention periods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for contact requests and related follow-up: up to 12 months following the latest interaction, unless a longer period is required in connection with a contractual relationship, legal obligation or legal claim;<\/li>\n<li>for marketing communications based on consent: until consent is withdrawn or the User objects to receiving such communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.2 Careers form<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dils France collects, through the careers or &#8220;Work With Us&#8221; section of the Website, the personal data voluntarily provided by Users when submitting an application.<\/p>\n<p>The data collected may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>first name and last name;<\/li>\n<li>date of birth, where requested;<\/li>\n<li>preferred work location;<\/li>\n<li>email address and telephone number;<\/li>\n<li>curriculum vitae, cover letter, portfolio or other application materials;<\/li>\n<li>information contained in free-text fields or voluntarily submitted as part of the application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Users are requested not to include special categories of personal data in their application materials unless strictly necessary for the recruitment process. If such data is provided, it will be processed only where permitted under the GDPR or deleted where it is not necessary for the recruitment process.<\/p>\n<p>Purpose and legal basis: managing incoming applications and recruitment processes, including through authorised personnel of EOL S.A.S. where necessary for recruitment activities in France: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.<\/p>\n<p>Retention period: data relating to unsuccessful candidates will be deleted within 12 months after completion of the recruitment process, unless the candidate consents to a longer retention period or a longer period is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. In the event of a positive outcome, data will be retained in accordance with the applicable employee privacy information and retention rules.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.3 Browsing data<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The IT systems used to operate the Website automatically collect, during normal use, certain technical data transmitted through internet communication protocols.
