In early 2023, we officially entered the Netherlands through Van Gool Elburg, a leading independent Dutch company specialising in real estate, particularly offices and logistics.

In 2024, we entered the Portuguese market with Castelhana, a leading independent group with 25 years of experience in real estate services and a strong focus on premium residential new developments.

In 2025, we strengthened our presence in the Iberian Peninsula by entering the Spanish market with Dils Lucas Fox, a leader in the living sector with 20 years of experience in real estate services and a focus on high-end residential properties.

In 2026, we further expanded our European presence by entering the French market through the acquisition of EOL, a leading real estate advisory firm with more than 25 years of experience, a strong track record in industrial and logistics real estate, and a well-established retail department.

Germany, Poland and the United Kingdom represent the next important milestones in the evolution of our company and its philosophy at an international level.
