On May 14th, at the UNA Hotel Century in Milan, the conference "Artificial Intelligence and Real Estate: From Operational Support to Strategic Planning" took place, organised by CDV Conference Management — a day of discussion among the leading operators and experts in the Italian real estate sector on how AI is reshaping balances, roles and competitive advantages.

The conference, coordinated by Marco Leone of Nomisma, offered a 360-degree overview of AI adoption across the sector: from machine learning for real estate portfolio management (Generali Real Estate) to hospitality intelligence (Data Reply), from ESG applications to protect the sustainability of investments (Coima) to the potential of AI in real estate finance (Immobiliare.it Insights).
One thing is clear: in real estate, artificial intelligence is no longer a future promise. It is already a strategic lever for those who have chosen to invest in it seriously.
