Real Estate Manager – International Sales Team

Activités principales

  • Lead, train, and coach a team of sales agents to drive performance;
  • Set performance goals and KPIs; monitor team productivity and efficiency;
  • Ensure achievement of business targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
  • Represent the department and uphold high standards of customer service and brand image;
  • Support agents during complex deals with hands-on sales and closing strategies.
  • Participate actively in negotiations and deal closures;
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to post-sale follow-up;
  • Contribute to the hiring and onboarding of sales agents, offering input on recruitment needs and performance.

Exigences

  • 5 years’ experience in real estate, with strong knowledge of local and international clientele;
  • Proven ability to manage a team of 10+ international sales agents;
  • Solid understanding of real estate, legal, and financial processes;
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus);
  • Professional, well-presented, strong communicator and negotiator;
  • Results-driven, team-oriented, and financially focused, with a problem-solving mindset;
  • Highly organized and flexible with working hours;
  • Committed to delivering top-tier customer service, especially with high-demand clients.
