Osmannoro Logistics Park is a new generation logistics hub designed to deliver high operational performance and top sustainability standards. Available from Q2 2026, the development is targeting a BREEAM Excellent certification. Located in the industrial area of Osmannoro, just outside Florence, it benefits from a strategic position with direct access to the main regional and national road networks. The asset offers a total surface area of over 50,000 sqm, divided between two warehouses of different sizes, with a minimum splitting of 9,000 sqm. The larger building, WHB, features a double-sided loading layout, while WHA is equipped with loading bays on one side only. The park includes a total of 55 loading bays and 6 ground-level doors, a floor load capacity of 5 t/sqm, REI 120 fire resistance rating, and a sprinkler system compliant with NFPA standards. Set within a well-established logistics district, the project is an ideal solution for logistics operators and distribution players looking for modern, efficient spaces seamlessly integrated into the territory.
