Monte Rosa 91: a significant renovation project signed by the Renzo Piano Building Workshop, with a new multifunctional concept, dedicated to the entire city. Designed for business but also for social and cultural life, the complex will offer offices, shops, food & beverage areas and a hill with paths and relax areas.
15 years after its first transformation, the complex is once again entrusted to the vision of the Renzo Piano Building Workshop. Transparency and openness will guide the new intervention. The aim is to offer a multifunctional space, perfectly integrated into the urban fabric and city life. A solution that combines the business needs with the commercial and relational potential of a meeting place.
