The World Trade Center Amsterdam is a multi-tenant building, with a vibrant community of more than 300 companies, in the heart of the international business area, Amsterdam Zuidas. Business, meeting, relaxation and inspiration go hand in hand here.

Since 1985, WTC Amsterdam has grown to become the largest office complex in the Netherlands, with over 125,000 m² of office space. Extensive renovations and an exceptionally high level of facilities ensure that WTC Amsterdam fully meets the contemporary requirements and image of the Zuidas. Including the expansion of Tower Ten in October 2022, WTC Amsterdam will have 48,000 m² of brand-new office space, divided over 23 floors.

Location

WTC Amsterdam is located in the heart of the Zuidas, one of the most dynamic urban areas in the Netherlands. It offers a thriving mix of offices, homes and leisure facilities. Home to both Dutch and European offices and headquarters, for companies like Google, NautaDutilh, Uber, Salesforce, Spencer Stuart, Accenture, Booking.com and Optiver. The location has a wide range of amenities such as restaurants, coffee bars, gyms, retail stores and a supermarket.

Accessibility

WTC Amsterdam is a prime location for national and international companies, easy to reach by car, bicycle and public transport. Thanks to its strategic location at Amsterdam Zuid, you can be at Schiphol Airport, in the old city center, or one of the other major hubs within a few minutes. There’s an underground parking garage and shared bicycle parking is available. WTC Amsterdam is also visible from the A10-South ring road and the building is signposted on the ANWB signposts.

Car

WTC Amsterdam is located near the A10- Zuid ring and is just 10 minutes away from Schiphol Airport. The exits S109 - Buitenveldert and S108 - Amsterdam Oud Zuid are only 5 minutes away.

Bicycle

Due to its location on the Strawinskylaan, WTC Amsterdam is perfectly accessible by bicycle from both Amsterdam and Amstelveen. There is a secured bicycle storage available within the building, and a communal bicycle storage under Zuidplein.

Public transport

Its strategic location at Amsterdam Zuid station means that you can pick up a direct train to Schiphol Airport, The Hague, Rotterdam and Utrecht. There are also stops for the fast tram lines 50 (Amsterdam Sloterdijk- Gein), line 51 (Amsterdam Central Station- Amstelveen) and line 52 (Amsterdam Noord).

WTC Amsterdam rents office space to both the domestic and international business services market. From a office unit to a complete office pavilion, or just a meeting room. The possibilities are endless. In addition, WTC Amsterdam offers a wide range of service and retail spaces and approximately 10,000 m² of public space that is accessible to everyone.

From € 415 per m² per year, excl. VAT. Service costs are € 66 per m² per year, excl. VAT, as an advance payment for supplies and services, with yearly recalculation. Electricity costs are € 8 per m² per year, excl. VAT.
