The office buildings Diana and Vesta are located in the quadrant of Holterbergweg, Hondsrugweg, Herikerbergweg, and Hoogoorddreef and are part of the Plaza Arena office park in Amsterdam Zuidoost, which consists of a total of nine buildings. Diana and Vesta within Plaza Arena are equipped with the best facilities combined with the highest level of delivery. Diana and Vesta are designed by Prof. Ir. K.W. Christiaanse from KCAP in Rotterdam. The design of the office buildings allows the public road to pass through the buildings. PARKING

VAT

The tenant declares that the leased space will be used for at least 90% for activities that are eligible for VAT deduction. RENTAL PRICE ADJUSTMENT

Annually, based on the change in the monthly price index according to the consumer price index (CPI) series CPI-total spending (2015=100), published by the Central Bureau of Statistics.
