Park 20|20 in Hoofddorp is the world’s first Cradle to Cradle optimized business park. Ideally located near Schiphol Airport and just minutes away from Amsterdam, Park 20|20 merges innovative architecture with sustainability and ecological design. People are at the core of Park 20|20, resulting in an inspiring work environment where health and productivity are perfectly balanced.

Park 20|20 is already home to renowned national and international companies such as L’Oréal Netherlands, Sony Benelux, Bluewater Energy Services, Bosch / Siemens, and FIFPro. Yet the park is still growing. The final phase of development will take shape in the special project known as The Campus.

The Campus

Commissioned by VolkerWessels anSd developed by G&S Vastgoed, The Campus will feature five sustainable office buildings totaling approximately 37,000 sq.m. of office space. The concept for The Campus is guided by the Chinese philosophy of Feng Shui, which uses the five elements—Water, Wood, Earth, Metal and Fire—to create harmony between people and their environment. Each building has its own identity, yet together they form a synergistic whole.

Both The Campus and Park 20|20 offer a wealth of greenery designed to support health, well-being, productivity and performance. Sustainability is central to this development: all five buildings will be certified with a BREEAM Excellent certificate. Natural and recycled materials are used wherever possible, and the roofs will be fitted with solar panels to promote sustainable energy use. The Campus is future-proof, and provides a space where people can work, connect and relax amid lush green surroundings.
