The Curve is easily accessible by car via the A-10 ring road, exits S109-S110 and S112. By public transport, The Curve is also easily accessible via the metro and bus lines 35, 37, 38, 391 and 394. Additionally, bus line 363 Molenwijk runs past the "Ataturk" stop, which is within walking distance of The Curve. The ferry (NDSM shipyard ferry) regularly sails to and from Amsterdam Central Station and docks approximately 10 minutes' walk from The Curve.

Parking

The building has its own parking lot and a large bicycle storage area. A barrier has also been installed to completely close off the site.

Object

The unique office project 'The Curve' is located in Amsterdam Noord. The elliptical shape of the building makes 'The Curve' a special and very unique appearance with its own character. The flowing curves of the building are accentuated by the stepped progression upwards of the twisted glass elements. Through the materialization and industrial finish, with the concrete and steel of the building remaining visible, 'The Curve' is a building with its own identity.

Notice Period

Rent Payment

Due monthly in advance, an amount equal to 1 month's rent and service charges, both amounts plus VAT.

Security Deposit

The tenant must provide a bank guarantee equal to at least 3 months' rent and service charges, both amounts plus VAT.

Delivery Date

As of January 15, 2025.

Lease Agreement

According to the lessor's model, which is based on the office and other business space lease agreement within the meaning of Section 7:230a of the Dutch Civil Code, according to the model established by the Council for Real Estate (ROZ) in January 2015.

VAT

VAT will be charged on the rent and service charges. When determining the rent prices, it has been assumed that the tenant performs at least 90% VAT-taxable services in the rented premises.
