Lovely Rita

The new-build project 'Lovely Rita' has been realized on the Naritaweg in Sloterdijk, a modern building with a mix of living and working. The project is part of the new Sloterdijk Station District. This area is being transformed from a mono-functional office area into a vibrant, mixed living and working environment. 'Lovely Rita' houses a new location of Trainmore. Building

'Lovely Rita' is a sustainable new-build residential and commercial complex in Amsterdam Sloterdijk. The building block in which the commercial spaces are located was designed by the architectural firm INBO, known for their mission to make neighborhoods more social and healthier. They create places where people, city and nature meet.

At the heart of the complex lies the publicly accessible garden 'Het Pocket Park', designed by Donker Design, which serves as a green oasis and sound buffer.

The project comprises 345 dwellings, both social and private rental housing, and commercial spaces around a communal pocket park. The exclusive hospitality space also borders the pocket park.
